the staff at this riad, Riad Fleur d'Orient, were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. the riad itself is stunning, with traditional Moroccan design and attention to detail throughout. the tranquil atmosphere, with the sound of water trickling from the pool, created a peaceful and calming ambiance. the location of the riad was perfect, situated in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the owner, Latifa, was an absolute delight and treated us to delicious home-cooked meals during our stay. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard and terrace where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and relaxed in the sunshine. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. the location was great, just a short walk away from all the main attractions and easy to find.
The bathroom was a bit disappointing, with lukewarm water in the evenings and not much pressure in the shower. the atmosphere was lacking the personal touch we experienced in other places, as the owner was never present and it felt more like a larger hotel than a cozy riad.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and little touches in the rooms. I loved finding rose petals sprinkled on the bed, it made me feel so special. The location was also perfect, tucked away down some quiet alleys but still within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were so attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. And let's not forget the delicious homemade breakfast with the classic Moroccan tea included - just what I needed to start my day.
All was more than ok.
